• Click on the START button
• Select RUN
• Type in "notepad.exe" and click OK

• Click on File->Run
• Type in "notepad.exe" and click OK

• At the C:\ prompt type "edit filename.htm"

• Click on the Apple menu
• Go to Apple Extras
• Click on SimpleText

• At the command line, type "pico filename.htm"
• Or use "vi filename.htm"
